Terms & Conditions
ORDER
We work hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but now and then the availability of a listed item will change by the time an order is placed. If item is unable to deliver, we will give buyer a refund promptly so that buyer can place a new order. Please know that while an occasional stock-out is bound to happen, we do require keeping these to a minimum. Therefore, there will be occasions when we are unable to fulfill the obligations. For instance, warehouse might drop a fragile item as they’re wrapping it, then find that it is too damaged to send. Such situations are unfortunate for both parties, and buyers and sellers should work together to reach an understanding.
PAYMENTS
· Buyers are required to pay for the items that they commit to purchase within 3 days when they pay by internet banking or bank deposit
· A cancellation fee will apply if the buyer wants to break the contract
· You can print the tax invoice when you go to your account and select the new order
· Payment methods:
1. Direct Deposit via bank branch (please use the product code and name for reference to identify your payment)
2. Internet Banking
3. Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard) with PayMate
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
· Exchange/Replacement is only possible within 7 days of payment received except specified on the listing.
· Buyers must check item(s) for faults or damages immediately; and report it to the seller via E-mail within 24 hrs of receiving item(s). Seller reserves right to refuse claims made after time frame
· Seller may request photos from buyer as proof of damage
· Buyer is liable for the postage to return faulty/damaged product for warranty, exchange or refund
· Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to buyer at buyer’s cost. Buyer will be also charged for the penalty fee of $25.
· Products must be securely packed and returned with all accessories included in their original packing materials, including cartons and boxes.
· Item returns to be authorized by seller before an arranged return.
· Return to be accompanied by :
1. Item No and Name
2. Buyer’s details
3. Descriptions of faults
· All returns to be made via registered freight company (with consignment no) in original packing within 14 days of receiving goods. COD(cash on delivery) will not be accepted
· This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item
· Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
· SaveUrMoney has the right to refuse return, refund or exchange of any items.
REFUND POLICY
· No refunds available on items damaged in transit or dead on arrival unless we are unable to repair or replace item
· All item must be returned to us before we do the refund
· No refunds offered if buyer changed their mind.
· Surcharge fee, Shipping and Handling is non-refundable unless item is not available
· No refunds offered after goods have been used
· The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item
