- Can I contact you by telephone number?
We are unable to provide phone support simply because we want to save YOU money. In order to answer hundreds of calls a day we would have to hire a team of call-centre staff! This would mean charging far more for our products! We would much prefer to keep prices low and pass the savings on to YOU.
- How long will it take for you to reply to my enquiry?
We are committed to a 24 hour turnaround time on all enquiries.
- How do I know the shipping cost of each product ?
You will find the postage calculator on top of each product page next to the product’s illustration.
- What kind of shipping service you provide ?
We use a registered AusPost with a tracking system that we can track where the item is delivered to. If you are not at home, a note will be left at your mail box and you can pick it up at your local post office.
- Can you deliver to PO Boxes ?
Yes, we can, however, for some large products you need to provide us a home address since post offices do not keep large products.
- How fast you deliver the item ?
We normally dispatch the item within 24 hours after validating your payment. Normally it takes 2-3 business days for you to receive the item for Sydney City Area, but some other locations may take 5-7 working days.
- Can I pick up for my item ?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide individual customer pick-up. We are only able to organize pick-up for wholesale/resellers business that purchase minimum of $1000.
- Any shipping discounts for bulk purchases ?
Yes. When you purchase multiple items, the system will automatically add the discount to freight charge at the checkout. Sometimes, our store offer special deals every month and you can use them at the checkout to receive even further discounts. Isn’t it excellent deal?
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Internet Banking, Direct Deposit and Credit Card. You can also pay via credit card through the Paymate link when going through Checkout.

- Does your prices include GST?
Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of GST. You are not required to pay any additional GST component.
- I do not have credit card, how ?
No credit cards, no worries. You can pay us by either internet banking or direct deposit. Our bank details will be displayed at the checkout.
- Is it safe when paying with my credit card?
